Second Bedroom: Ideal for families, this room offers a QUEEN bed with an upper TWIN bunk—plus its own half-bath for added privacy and convenience.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The open kitchen maximizes space with counter seating, making it easy to socialize while cooking. You'll find all the essentials here: flat-top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, from pots and pans to silverware and drinkware.

The spacious, open living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a high-quality smart TV (no cable, but streaming is available). Perfect for winding down after a day of island adventures.

First Floor Convenience: This unit is located on the first floor, with easy access to all common areas. (Note: We kindly ask guests upstairs to be mindful of noise levels.)

Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
