It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. Offering this condo to you in a dream come true for them as they now bring their grown kids and grandchildren to their favorite spot. The condo is simple and uncomplicated.
