Welcome to your perfect island escape—this cheerful and inviting studio condo is ideally located just a block away from the beach access path, making it a quick 5-minute walk to the sands and surf of Isle of Palms. Whether you're here to explore or simply unwind, this space offers a clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained retreat to relax in after a day of island adventures.

The cozy living area includes a small dining table, a versatile futon-style sofa that easily converts into a full-sized bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Cooking breakfast or light meals is easy with the provided coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop (just bring metal-bottomed pans—one’s included). Dishes, silverware, glassware, and all the kitchen tools you’ll need are provided to ensure a convenient stay. While there’s no full oven, the cooktop is perfect for preparing simple, home-cooked meals in the comfort of your condo.

The bathroom features a modern glass and tile shower enclosure with space for all your necessities.

The bedroom area is thoughtfully designed with a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a cozy sitting area (perfect for putting on your flip-flops before heading out) and ample closet space with an iron and board. The bedroom is open to the rest of the condo and is ideal for those who appreciate a simple, no-fuss layout.

Outside your door, you'll find a couple of chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. While the view overlooks the parking lot, the sound of the waves from the nearby beach adds a soothing backdrop to your morning routine.

As a guest at The Ocean Inn, you'll have access to a variety of amenities, including a pool, two grilling areas, and free parking. Shared laundry facilities are just a short walk away (don’t forget the quarters—we’ll remind you!). The pool and other facilities are available exclusively for overnight registered guests.

Pet-friendly accommodations mean your dog can join in the fun too! Please pre-approve pets over 20 lbs (some larger breeds may not be allowed), and note that a small pet fee is required. For your pup’s needs, there’s a vet clinic down the street, as well as pet stores and an emergency clinic in nearby Mt. Pleasant.

If you’re not bringing a pet, rest assured that we maintain a spotless environment with no trace of past guests’ animals.

It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately.
